Do-It-Yourself With a Twist

Clients will receive a Digital Vision Board with two visual concepts for each theme including a detailed run of show in addition to access to our real-time customized Client Portal.

Clients may request up to 2 revisions for additional ideas up to one week before event.

Once selections are made, clients will receive links to order items direct along with suggested quantities.

Supplies can also be delivered to the Jackalopes and Jellybeans office, and hand- delivered to your doorstep if desired.

Jackalopes and Jellybeans will ensure that current social distancing requirements are met at all times.

4 revisions will be offered within the current budget up to 1 week before event.

We will coordinate all elements of the event and take delivery of physical items at the Jackalopes and Jellybeans office in addition to leading communications with vendors and fully execute all contracts and invoices.

1 hour of on-site pre event assistance and vendor check-in with an official Jackalopes and Jellybeans team member.

1 hour of on-site post event breakdown and vendor strike included with an official Jackalopes and Jellybeans team member.

Jackalopes and Jellybeans will ensure that current social distancing requirements are met at all times. In the event that social distancing requirements change, your event plan can also be hand-delivered to your doorstep and will include details on set up with images.
* To secure event date and staffing, a deposit of 50% of service fee is required.
Full Event Management and Staffing
Full Event Management services and staffing during your event in addition to 1 hour pre-event vendor check in and post-event strike is available for our Dallas area clients within 25 miles of Jackalopes and Jellybeans office. We are also able to provide TABC certified bar and waitstaff as needed.

Contact our team to create a custom gifting package for your favorite clients or favors for a special event. We maintain relationships with the very BEST local vendors and national companies. Providing large or small curated options is our specialty. Favors make the party and we would love to see your group shine!
